Job Summary:

The Special Education Case Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing the development, implementation, and monitoring of individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with disabilities. This role also involves delivering targeted academic and behavioral interventions to support student success in inclusive and specialized settings. The position requires collaboration with educators, families, specialists, and administrators to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and to promote positive student outcomes.

This is a full-time, school year position working 186 days per year. It is covered under our Pelham Education Association (PEA) collective bargaining agreement. Salary, benefits and additional association benefits are in accordance with our collective bargaining agreement which can be found on our website under Department - Human Resources.

 

Selection Process:

Our selection process typically includes an initial phone interview, followed by an in-person interview with school administration and the Superintendent of Schools. The final step in the hiring process is nomination by the School Board.
